• How does the Waiting List work?

  311 Day Ultimate VIP packages with concert tickets + hotel stay + Experience have SOLD OUT!

  But, we all know the unexpected can happen. As Ultimate VIP spots become available throughout the year, we will offer them to fans on our 311 Day Ultimate VIP waiting list.  The earlier you join the waiting list, the closer you are to making this your vacation!

  When signing up for the waiting list, you will be asked what type of stateroom you want. You will be required to put down a $99 deposit that is NON REFUNDABLE, except in the event we do not have a VIP package for you by February 8, 2022. This means that we will refund your deposit if we cannot accommodate your request by February 8, 2022, but you will forfeit your deposit if you decide to take yourself off the list before that time.

  After February 8, 2022 we will send an email to everyone still on the waiting list asking if they would like to remain on it. If you would like to take yourself off of the waiting list at that time, you may do so and receive a check for the full refund of your deposit. If you choose to stay on the waiting list past February 8, 2022, and we cannot accommodate your request before the event, we will automatically refund your deposit a few weeks after the event.

• What are the testing requirements for Ultimate VIP guests?

  All Ultimate VIP guests will be required to present a negative COVID-19 antigen test at check-in with Sixthman prior to admission. This test will be administered free of charge prior to Ultimate VIP check in with Sixthman.  
  
  Guests must have a negative test result to secure their wristband to access to the 311 Ultimate VIP events as you will be in close proximity to the band. This is in an abundance of caution to ensure 311 can safely maintain their upcoming Spring tour.
  
  For your convenience and at the cost of the event, we will have personnel administering tests onsite in the upstairs Park MGM Convention area across from the Ultimate VIP Lounge. 
  
  Onsite testing will be available Thursday, March 10th from 3:30pm-6:00pm PST. If your travel does not allow for you to arrive to test on Thursday, we will have backup testing Friday, March 11th from 9:00am – 10:00am PST.
  
  You are also welcome to test on your own and at your own expense via an authorized vendor (not an at-home test) and present a negative result time stamped within 24 hours of 3/11/22 at 1:00pm PST at check-in. For assistance locating a testing provider prior to travel or while traveling, we recommend visiting TestForTravel.com.

• What if my COVID test result is positive?

  Should you test positive for COVID-19 on-site, please note:

  • At the time of booking, all guests had to review and agree to the event's ticketing contract. Unless you have travel insurance, you will not be eligible for a refund of monies paid toward your Ultimate VIP experience if you test positive.
  • You will not have access to any Ultimate VIP events or 311 Day concert.
  • However, you will receive a free livestream code to enjoy the 311 Day shows online.
  • Your travel companions will need to retest and have a negative result the following day to maintain access to Ultimate VIP programming and 311 Day concerts.

  Should you test positive on the antigen test on-site, you may choose to go get a local PCR rapid test at your own expense.  If you test negative on the PCR test, bring that time-stamped test result back to the Sixthman team, and you’ll maintain your access to all events for 311 Day weekend.
  Note- the negative PCR test result must be time-stamped between the time you tested on-site and before you present it back for Ultimate VIP check-in.

  We strongly advise protecting your investment by adding travel insurance. Standard travel insurance is available for purchase any time between now and March 9th through Sixthman's partner Travel Insured International.
  
  Standard travel protection ensures reimbursement is provided should you be unable to attend due to a positive COVID-19 test result in the two weeks before the event’s start date or should you test positive on-site.

• What are the testing hours on-site?

• Can I add extra hotel nights?

  Thinking about extending your stay? You may contact Park MGM directly via email at parkmgmconv@parkmgm.com or by phone at 702-730-7003. Their team is available daily from 9:00am-5:00pm PST to assist you with adding additional nights before/after our event dates.
   
  If you’re interested in a possible room upgrade, you may inquire about that when you check in at the hotel. You may also request bedding arrangements at that time.

• How will I receive my show ticket?

  All guests who purchase an Ultimate VIP Concert Tickets + Hotel Room + Experience package will receive mobile tickets for entry into the Park Theater venue. You will receive your mobile tickets for 311 Day shows via email by end of day, February 10th. Be sure to double-check spam/promotions folder for an email from tm@ticketmaster.com and not miss your tix!

• What is the official cancellation policy?

  ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

  We will follow the state mandated guidelines at the time of the event which could include masking, vaccine requirements, or providing a negative COVID test. We strongly advise protecting your investment by adding travel insurance.

  We've teamed up with Travel Insured to offer two levels of travel protection: a standard insurance policy and a 50% Cancel for Any Reason add-on policy.

  • Travel Insured's standard policy will reimburse cancellations at 100% of monies paid for covered cancellation reasons.
  • Travel Insured's Cancel For Any Reason add-on policy will reimburse up to 50% of monies paid when cancelling for any reason not covered by the standard policy when cancelled at least 48 hours prior to sailing.

• How does travel protection work?

  Sixthman offers you a leading travel protection plan through our partnership with Travel Insured International. Travel Insured specializes in providing quality coverage and superior customer care and claim service to our Sixthman guests. When you add our plan to your trip, you protect yourself from your policy's effective date through your return home. Your prepaid trip costs are protected against Trip Cancellation or Interruption due to an unforeseen accident or illness to you, your traveling companion or a family member. You also receive Emergency Medical Protection, Baggage Protection, Travel Accident Protection and Worldwide Emergency Travel Assistance available 24/7 during your trip.

  Remember that sometimes unwelcome events occur to disrupt great trips:

  • You are protected, up to full trip cost, if bad weather causes your common carrier to cease operating for 24 hours or more.
  • Illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your trip.
  • Missed Connection coverage can pay your expenses (up to $500) to rejoin the event when you miss the departure due to a three-hour or more flight delay.
  • Emergency Medical Expense covers you if you need treatment in a foreign hospital for a sudden illness or accident. We guarantee your admission!
  • Trip Cancellation can cover terrorist events, a job layoff (if employed for 1 or more year) or jury duty.
  • Assistance will be there if you lose medications or a passport, or need help canceling lost credit cards.

  This coverage may be purchased up until the day before sailing, but any pre-existing conditions will only be covered if you purchase travel insurance within 21 days of booking, or 21 days of being named in a reservation. Coverage for all benefits except trip cancellation will begin on the departure date. The trip cancellation benefit will begin at 12:01 AM on the day after Travel Insured receives your application. 

  Travel Insured also offers Cancel For Any Reason 50% Protection. The Cancel for Any Reason option is only available when specifically requested on the original application and the appropriate premium has been paid. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit must be purchased within 21 days of your initial trip deposit. This benefit allows the insured to receive a refund of up to 50% of covered trip costs on reservations cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure for any reason outside of the covered circumstances.

• How do I book my 311 Day Ultimate VIP package?

  Starting your 311 Day Ultimate VIP Experience reservation is easy! You can book online at 311dayultimatevip.com/tickets, or over the phone by calling 877-379-9181.

  LET'S TALK PROFILES!  Lead Guests, if you or your traveling companions don't have a Sixthman profile you can create one here or while booking.

  If your traveling companions already have a Sixthman profile, please have them add you as an Approved Lead Guest in their account here. Once that is done, you'll be able to add them as a guest in your reservation while booking. Hooray!

  Anyone who has traveled with Sixthman previously has a profile and will not need to create one. If you don't know your account credentials, you can recover them here.

• Can I book as a solo traveler?

  Yes, you may join us as a solo traveler! However, all rooms are required to be booked at double occupancy. Guests traveling by themselves with an Ultimate VIP package including ticket + hotel + experience are responsible for the double-occupancy rate of the room.

  NOTE: If you prefer to purchase the Experience Only VIP package (no show ticket, no hotel room), you may purchase this package as a solo traveler. Contact us at 877-379-9181 and our team will be happy to assist you.

• How does VIP access to the venue work for my ticket?

  Ultimate VIP guests will be the first group to enter when their ticket type is allowed to enter the venue, with Ultimate Rail guests having first access to Park Theater.

  VIP Diamond follows at 6:15pm
  Ultimate VIP Floor follows at 6:30pm
  VIP Floor follows at 6:45pm
  Ultimate VIP Reserved Seating may enter at 6:30pm

  General Public doors open at 7:00pm
